Mamatheya Madilu Social Foundation is a Section 8 company registered under the Companies Act, 2013, and is enrolled on the NGO Darpan portal (an initiative of NITI Aayog with the National Informatics Centre). HoneyGo has entered into a formal undertaking with the Foundation for the acceptance and charitable distribution of surplus food to needy and underprivileged persons.
